Branch Brook Holdings, LLC is a partnership with Jefferson Capital Partners and United Natural Foods, Inc. to invest in organic and natural consumer product companies based in North America.  These companies will operate independently from UNFI but will benefit from enhanced access to UNFI's distribution network and services as well as SPC and JCP's long history of growing and developing companies in the consumer sector.
