Mr. Swander is the co-founder and former Chairman of Swander Pace & Company, a strategy consulting firm serving consumer products companies. Additionally, he has served as President and COO of International Multifoods, Executive Vice President of Basic American Foods, and Principal of McKinsey & Company. Mr. Swander attended the Wharton School of Business and received his BA with honors from Trinity College.
