Mrs. Valcarcel is Office Manager of the New Jersey office.  She is responsible for general office operations and administrative support for the New Jersey investment staff as well as the Human Resources Administrator for the firm.  Previously, Mrs. Valcarcel spent 20 years with First Century Partners, Smith Barney's Venture Capital Affiliate.  Mrs. Valcarcel is a graduate of the Wood School of Business Administration.
