Mrs. Fraser is responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial management, reporting, operations, and investor relations. She was previously a Manager of Business Process for Constellations Brand, Inc., a leading producer and marketer of alcoholic beverages. Earlier in her career, Mrs. Fraser was a Manager at KPMG, LLP in the assurance practice. Mrs. Fraser received a BS degree cum laude from Nazareth College of Rochester. She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of New York.
