Mrs. Tulloch brings 17 years of accounting experience (mainly in audit and tax compliance).   Prior to joining SPC in early 2007, Mrs. Tulloch was an Accounting Manager at The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc., a Fortune 500 publishing and financial services company. Earlier in her career, Mrs. Tulloch held a variety of positions at Standard & Poor’s (subsidiary of McGraw-Hill), Dow Jones and various regional accounting firms.   Mrs. Tulloch received a BS degree from the University of Kentucky.  She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Louisiana.
