Mr. Stout serves as Chairman of Gilchrist & Soames, Inc.; Good Source Solutions, Inc.; and Insight Pharmaceuticals Corporation and is a Director of Border Foods, Inc.; International Fiber Corporation; Lavo, Inc.; Prepared Meal Holdings, Inc.; and Santa Cruz Nutritionals, and is a past Director of Fleischmann Vinegar Co.. Mr. Stout joined SPC in 2000. He was previously a Vice President with Lombard Investments, a middle-market buyout firm. Mr. Stout’s experience also includes The Argosy Group and Kidder, Peabody & Co., where he specialized in leveraged finance. He received an MBA from Stanford Business School and a BA degree from Vanderbilt University.
