Mr. Reese is a Director of Bravo Sports; Frozen Specialties Inc.; Ideal Snacks, Inc.; Insight Pharmaceuticals Corporation; ReNew Life Formulas, Inc.; and Santa Cruz Nutritionals, and is a past Director of Eagle Pack Pet Foods, Inc.. Previously, Mr. Reese was responsible for originating and managing leveraged buyouts, growth equity, and mezzanine portfolio investments with BancBoston Capital. Earlier in his career, Mr. Reese was CFO of Alta Airlines, a start-up airline in Argentina and served as an investment banker with Smith Barney, Inc. Mr. Reese received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA with distinction from Yale University.
