Mr. Poff serves as Chairman of Bravo Sports; Incase Designs Corp.; and Kooba, LLC; and is a Director of Fresh Food Concepts, Inc.; Insight Pharmaceuticals Corporation; Lavo, Inc.; Liberty Brand Products, Inc.; Pineridge Bakery, Inc.; Raj Manufacturing, LLC; ReNew Life Formulas, Inc.; and is a past Director of Reef Holdings Corp. and Totes Isotoner Corporation. Mr. Poff joined SPC in 1997. He was previously with the private equity consulting practice of Bain & Co., where he led due diligence projects for a number of private equity sponsors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Poff was a consultant with LEK Consulting where he specialized in valuations and acquisition advisory. Mr. Poff received an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA degree summa cum laude from the University of California at Davis.
