Mr. Hecht serves as Chairman of Raj Manufacturing, LLC; Prepared Meal Holdings, Inc.; and Santa Cruz Nutritionals; and is a Director of Good Source Solutions, Inc. and Incase Designs Corp. Mr. Hecht is the past Chairman of Reef Holdings Corp. and Kubic Marketing, Inc. Before co-founding SPC in 1996, he was a management consultant with Swander Pace & Company, where he led projects with clients in consumer products industries and specialized in mergers and acquisitions, operations improvement and the development of business strategies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hecht was a management consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he specialized in business process redesign and information systems engineering. Mr. Hecht received a BS degree from Stanford University.
